In preparation for your final project, you need to conduct a thorough review of scholarly literature connected to your professional development plan.
In this assignment, you will create an annotated bibliography of some of the sources you plan to use for your final course project assignment. This is not intended to be the complete list of sources you will use for your final assignment. Rather, it should reflect the resources you have found to date. This annotated bibliography will allow your instructor to provide feedback on the direction and depth of your research.

Assignment Instructions

Complete the following:

  1. Prepare a summative annotated bibliography containing “AT LEAST FIVE PEER-REVIEWED,” scholarly sources on personal/professional development “FROM WITHIN THE LAST FIVE YEARS.”
  2. List each reference using APA (6th edition) format.

For each source:

o Summarize the article in a paragraph that includes all pertinent information.

o Summaries should be concise and to the point.

o Analyze the source’s contribution to the development plan. Your analysis should indicate why the source is being used, what its connection to your topic and professional development plan is, and where in the professional development plan you intend to use the source.
Submission Requirements
• Written communication: Written communication is free of errors that detract from the overall message.

• APA formatting: Resources and citations are formatted according to APA (6th edition) style and formatting.

• Sources: Minimum of five scholarly sources with correct APA citations.

• Font and font size: Times New Roman, 12-point.
