Discuss OSHA’s policy regarding employer retaliation. Finally, cite two recent examples of OSHA reprimanding employers for violating employees’ rights. Summarize these examples, and include in your discussion the reasons why OSHA or the Department of Labor stepped in on behalf of the complaining or retaliated against worker. (50 points).
